Together with our extensive range of Italian Language courses, Scuola Palazzo Malvisi is pleased to be able to offer the chance to discover and explore some interesting aspects of Romagnas’ culinary tradition. During the week, you will visit places of origin of some typical products and have the chance to savour their taste and aroma.

The course is available for one person alone ( option A ) or for two enrolling at the same time ( option B) and avaiable from 07/03/2016 to 16/12/2016

A – The programme for one week includes:

 

  • 15 individual lessons.
  • 1 full-day excursion to Sogliano sul  Rubicone, a guided visit to “Fosse Venturi” a producer of the famous “Formaggio di Fossa” DOP combined  with a wine and cheese tasting.
  • Guided visit to the old oil press, “Turchi”, in Balignano Longiano, followed by oil and wine tasting.
  • Guided visit to the winery “Casali” in Mercato Saraceno with wine tasting.
  • One cooking lesson.
  • A guided tour to a manufacturer of pasta and sausages.
  • One lunch, at Casa Artusi, Forlimpopoli, the hometown of Pellegrino Artusi (1820 – 1911), author of “Science in the Kitchen and the Art of Eating Well” one of the most important Italian cookery books and recipe collections.

 

B –  The programme for one week includes:

 

  • Duo Course with 15 lessons (two-to-one)
  • 1 full-day excursion to Sogliano sul  Rubicone, guided visit to “Fosse Venturi” a producer of the famous “Formaggio di Fossa” DOP ,  combined with a wine and cheese tasting.
